Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for perfect roasting.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and peri peri seasoning. Add the chicken breasts and coat them thoroughly.
  • Step 3: Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and slice the onions into wedges.
