Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, smashed garlic, lime juice, minced parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade, ensuring each piece is generously coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This temperature is perfect for achieving crispy skin while keeping the meat juicy.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Pour any remaining marinade over the drumsticks for extra flavor.
  • Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). If the skin is browning too quickly, cover the pan with aluminum foil.
