Ingredients

  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal
  • 2 cups pretzels (any shape)
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup Blue Diamond Salt 'n Vinegar Almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, and pretzels. Stir gently to mix them evenly.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter or margarine. Stir in the white vinegar and salt.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the cereal and pretzel blend. Toss everything together with a spatula.
  • Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Once out of the oven, fold in the Blue Diamond Salt 'n Vinegar Almonds.
  • Allow the snack mix to cool completely before serving.
