Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Open the tubes of crescent rolls and cut each triangle into smaller pieces—about 1-inch squares.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped fresh dill, chives, hazelnuts, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, smoky paprika, honey roasted pecans, pistachios, chili powder, and sesame seeds. Pour in the melted butter and mix until well combined.
Dip each piece of dough into the herb mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
Grease your baking dish and layer the dough pieces, pouring any remaining butter mixture over the top.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
