Ingredients

For the Chicken Strips:

  • 2/3 cup Blue Diamond Sriracha Almonds -
  • 1/4 cup flour -
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder -
  • 1/4 tsp salt -
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper -
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil -
  • 4 large egg whites -
  • 1.5 chicken breasts cut into strips or use chicken tenders -

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: In a food processor or blender, pulse the Blue Diamond Sriracha Almonds until finely chopped.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 4: In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
  • Step 5: Cut your chicken breasts into strips and pat them dry.
  • Step 6: Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, then into the egg whites, and coat with the ground Sriracha almonds.
  • Step 7: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated chicken strips on it. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 8: Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
