Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 dashes hot red pepper sauce
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced, white and green parts

Instructions

  • Step 1: Soften the cream cheese by ensuring it is at room temperature.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or whisk to combine until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 3: Fold in the roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes, kosher salt, black pepper, and hot red pepper sauce. Mix everything together until well incorporated.
  • Step 4: Add the sliced green onions to the mixture, saving a small handful for garnish. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • Step 5: Transfer the dip to your serving dish, sprinkle the reserved green onions on top, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
