  • 2 tablespoons dried wild blueberries
  • 0.25 cups chia seeds

  • Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate - Add grated white chocolate to a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Heat until smooth.
  • Step 3: Incorporate the Matcha - Add matcha green tea powder to melted chocolate, stirring until fully incorporated.
  • Step 4: Add the Superfoods - Fold in the crushed pistachios, sliced almonds, goji berries, chopped dried apricots, dried wild blueberries, and chia seeds.
  • Step 5: Spread the Mixture - Pour and spread the chocolate mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Step 6: Top It Off - Optional: sprinkle extra toppings on top.
  • Step 7: Chill to Set - Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until hardened.
