Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
  • 2 tablespoons honey Wildflower Honey recommended
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar adds tanginess
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries freshly diced
  • 1/2 cup granola for crunch

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar. Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Thoroughly wash the blueberries and your choice of strawberries or raspberries. If using strawberries, dice them into small pieces for easy layering. Set aside.
  • In your parfait glasses or bowls, start layering your ingredients. Begin with a generous spoonful of the yogurt mixture at the bottom, followed by a layer of blueberries, then a layer of diced strawberries or raspberries.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the fruits for that satisfying crunch. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass or bowl, finishing with a layer of yogurt and a sprinkle of granola.
  • Drizzle a little extra honey on top for added sweetness and garnish with a few whole berries if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful mix of flavors and textures in your Sweet and Savory Parfait.
