Ingredients

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter creamy or chunky
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic fresh
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce adjust to taste

For the Noodles:

  • 8 oz linguine noodles or your favorite noodle type
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • green onions for garnish

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, minced garlic, ginger, and Sriracha. Stir over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat the noodles evenly in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.
  • Remove the skillet from heat. Serve the Thai Peanut Sesame Noodles in bowls, garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added flavor and texture.
